Genuine shot down Prince Vandal Novgorodsky drone

We get offered many strange and unusual items on our travels in Ukraine, and this is certainly one of them. 

These are the remains of the fiber-optic drone "Prince Vandal Novgorodsky", captured in the spring of 2025 during raids on the territory of the Russian Federation. On the outskirts of the settlement of Novy Put, Glushkovsky district, Kursk region. The drone tried to hit an ATV with fighters from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but the driver managed to maneuver and the drone missed and detonated nearby. On the way back, the ATV driver was able to pick up the remains of the drone as a souvenir of this successful day.

This is a very special artefact of the War in Ukraine, these items are hard to get out of Ukraine, so they do not become available often.
