Very cool fridge magnet, with translation below. 

 * "ХВАТИТ КУРИТЬ ГДЕ ПОПАЛО." (Khvatit kurit' gde popalo.) - This translates to "STOP SMOKING WHEREVER YOU WANT."
     * This is a play on a common public service announcement or a warning sign about not littering cigarette butts or smoking in prohibited areas.
     * In this context, it's a direct threat to the enemy: stop operating or launching attacks "wherever you want" in Ukraine, because the HIMARS will hit you. It implies that Ukraine can reach them anywhere.
   * "КУРИТЕ, ГДЕ ЕЩЕ НЕ ПОПАЛО!" (Kurite, gde eshche ne popalo!) - This translates to "SMOKE WHERE IT HASN'T HIT YET!"
     * This is a sarcastic dare or taunt. It's telling the enemy to "smoke" (i.e., hide or operate) in places where HIMARS hasn't struck yet, implying that it will eventually hit them everywhere. It underscores the pervasive threat of these weapons.
