Russian Kirasa II Helmet with battle damage

• Manufacturer: Kirasa (КИРАСА), based in Perm, Russia.
• Model: Armored helmet "Kirasa - ShZzh" (Бронешлем «Кираса - ШЗЖ»).
• Head Size: 54 - 60 cm (Размер головы, см).
• Protection Class: Class 1 according to GOST R 50744-95 (Класс защиты по ГОСТ Р 50744-95).
• Fragmentation Resistance: V 50% non-penetration ≥ 550 m/s (Противоосколочная стойкость).
• Product Number: 1429 (Номер изделия).
• Manufacturing Date: September 2011 (09.2011).

This helmet was given to us in 2025. The origin of the helmet are unfortunately not known, but it is believed it was recovered from the Kursk region by a Ukrainian volunteer who we know well.
