russian AT TA-02 Military Field Telephone

This is an incredible find, a true artefact from the initial days of the Full scale invasion of Ukraine.

This field telephone was found shortly after the liberation of the Ivankiv region, in the early days of the war. It was found in a ditch by the roadside, outside of the town of Ivankiv where some very heavy fighting occurred.

The person who found this is now serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is missing the lid, but otherwise is completely intact and in good condition. The best part of this is the sticker on the handset, which, in russian, reads "no secret calls on this handset" a good reason as the phone is an old school analogue phone with no encryption! I bet many secrets were divulged via this handset!
