🎄 A Little Luck for Christmas — Ukrainian Horseshoe with Pinecones, Citrus & Blue-and-Yellow Ribbons 🇺🇦✨

Deck the halls with something a little extraordinary — and give good luck a place to hang its hat. 🎄😉

This beautifully detailed Ukrainian horseshoe decoration is a miniature celebration of rustic textures and festive colour. Its hessian-covered shape is edged with coffee beans, creating a rich brown border around the natural woven backing. A bright blue-and-yellow ribbon bow adds a proud Ukrainian flourish near the top. 💙💛

Look closer, because this piece rewards a proper inspection. ✨

🍊 Two dried citrus slices overlap on one side, their pale rims framing the darker, translucent segments. Above them sits a beautifully shaped star anise, with rustic twine running through the arrangement.

🎀 On the opposite side, cinnamon sticks and a white lace bow bring together warm brown tones and delicate openwork detail. A little coffee bean finishes the centre of the lace.

🌲 Across the base, pinecones, hazelnuts, acorn-like details and seed pods create a wonderfully full arrangement. Tiny gold-coloured accents nestle between them, while purple botanical sprigs sweep around the sides and soften the outline.

🏡 Make it part of your Christmas display: hang it indoors in the hallway to welcome guests, above a mantelpiece or alongside greenery and warm fairy lights. Its natural colours would look gorgeous with wooden decorations, dried orange garlands and a cosy, rustic Christmas scheme.

🎁 It would make a thoughtful Christmas gift for someone who loves handmade décor — a wish for good fortune, a beautiful piece to bring out each year and a personal connection to Ukraine, all wrapped into one.
