110th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade patch

This embroidered patch is the official insignia of the 110th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade(110th OBrTrO) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. 

Based in the Zaporizhzhia region, this brigade is a key part of Ukraine's Territorial Defense Forces. The patch's design is rich in historical and regional symbolism.

The Cossack with Musket: The central figure is a "knight with an arquebus," a historic symbol originally from the Great Seal of the Zaporozhian Host and later used by the Cossack Hetmanate. It represents the region's long-standing military tradition and defense of freedom.

The Shield Shape: The yellow shield with a blue "crenelated" top (resembling a castle wall) is a standard format for Ukrainian Territorial Defense units, with the blue top signifying the "East" Regional Directorate.

Colors: The use of blue and yellow mirrors the national colors of Ukraine, while the Cossack's red coat (zhupan) is traditional attire for these historical warriors.
