Worn 3rd Separate Mechanised Battalion

This patch was donated to us during our January 2026 mission to Ukraine and will have been given to her by a serving member of the Armed Forces.

The patch is the insignia for the 3rd Separate Mechanized Battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The text at the bottom reads "МЕХАНІЗОВАНИЙ БАТАЛЬЙОН" (Mechanized Battalion), and the numeral "3" is visible above the central shield. 

Design Details

Central Emblem: The insignia features a central shield with the Ukrainian tryzub(trident) emblem, a crescent moon, and a plant motif, framed by two Ukrainian flags.

Imagery: The main body of the patch is dominated by two green tanks facing a vertical element resembling a missile or candle with the number '3' at the top.

Context: The 3rd Mechanized Battalion is a unit that has been mentioned in connection with specific military formations, such as the 67th Mechanized Brigade.
