Worn Morale Patch "Unbreakable Kherson"

This patch was donated to us by Olena during our January 2026 mission and will have been donated to her by a serving member of the Armed Forces.

This patch is a commemorative and morale patch related to the city of Kherson. The text on the patch reads:

НЕЗЛАМНИЙ (Nezlamnyi) at the top, which translates to "Unbreakable" or "Indomitable".

ХЕРСОН (Kherson) at the bottom. 

Symbolism

Sailing Ship: The large sailing ship in the center is a symbol associated with the city of Kherson, which is a port city located on the Black Sea and the Dnipro River.

Map Outline: The yellow outline behind the ship represents the administrative borders of the Kherson Oblast (region).

Significance: The term "Unbreakable Kherson" gained prominence following the city's occupation by Russian forces at the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022 and its subsequent liberation by Ukrainian forces in November 2022. The patch symbolizes the city's resilience and defiance during the occupation.
